- Please allow 2–5 business days to process your order before it ships. We will email you once your package leaves our facility.
2. Shipping Times
- Standard Shipping: Typically 7–14 days for most destinations, depending on your location and local customs procedures.
- Please note that shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

- US: US$4.99
- International: US$6.99
- Free Shipping: Orders over US$75 qualify for free standard shipping.
4. Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship to select countries worldwide. If your country is not listed at checkout, we may not be able to ship to your region at this time.
- Import Duties & Taxes: Your order may be subject to additional import duties, taxes, or customs fees when it arrives in your country. These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.
- We currently do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.
5. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- Please allow a few days for the carrier to update tracking information in their system.
6. Undeliverable or Lost Packages
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if you suspect it is lost, please contact us at support@evasling.com. We will do our best to assist in resolving the issue.
